Service area
GodProm Services currently serves Louisville, KY and nearby approved ZIP codes by appointment only.
Appointment-only
No storefront or public drop-off location unless added later. Laundry pickup and service visits are scheduled online.
Scheduling
Customers should book at least 12 hours ahead when possible. Availability is not guaranteed until booking confirmation.
Access to property
Customers must provide correct entry instructions. If the team cannot access the location within 20 minutes, a trip fee may apply.
Payments
A valid card is required to confirm your booking. Payment is collected after the service is complete unless otherwise specified. Tips are optional and appreciated.
Cancellations
Free rescheduling up to 24 hours before service. Late cancellations within 24 hours may be charged up to 50%. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged in full.
No-shows
If we arrive and cannot reach you or access the property, the booking may be charged in full.
Laundry care
Customers must check pockets before pickup. GodProm Services is not responsible for items left in pockets. Special garments should be identified before service. Delicate items may require special care or dry cleaning.
Cleaning limitations
Our team does not handle biohazards, mold remediation, pest infestations, heavy lifting over 35 lbs, or unsafe conditions.
Event support limitations
Event support does not include security services, alcohol service, licensed catering, or unsafe heavy lifting.
Safety and respect
Our team works in safe, respectful environments. We reserve the right to leave any location that feels unsafe and may charge for the visit.
Damages and lost items
Report any damage or lost item within 24 hours with photos. We investigate every claim in good faith.
Satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours. Photos may be requested. A re-clean or correction may be offered at no additional charge.
Refunds
Refunds are reviewed case-by-case after attempting to make the situation right with a re-clean or correction.
Privacy policy
We collect only the information needed to complete your booking and provide service. Payment data is processed by Stripe — we never store your full card number. We do not sell your information.
